So what’s the catch?
There isn’t one, but there is a business model, and you deserve to know it: when you choose to hire a contractor through Viorly, the contractor pays a small lead fee. It’s the same model as Thumbtack or Angi. You’re never charged, and you’re never required to hire anyone to use everything above.
That model only works if our advice stays honest, so we keep the incentive out of it. How urgent a finding is comes from your inspection and published safety standards, never from whether a pro could be hired. We earn nothing on what you fix yourself or decide to leave alone, and when a quote looks too high, we tell you, even if that means you hire no one.
And the thing we will never do to make money: sell your personal data or use it to train AI. Your reports and documents stay yours, are exportable as open files, and you can delete them whenever you choose.
